We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with experience in care who is looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and inspire the teams across two of our Supported Living Services in Newport to support individuals with learning disabilities. * Due to the needs of the individuals we support in this service, a full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is required
We are looking for someone with the right experience and values to take on a key leadership position within our Care & Support services in Caerphilly.

* Experience of working in Adult Social Care
* Experience of managing, supporting and developing a team of employees
* A strong track record in developing staff teams and individuals
* Knowledge of key policies, procedures, systems and legislation that influences the provision of Adult Social Care
* Registered with Social Care Wales
* Knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Wales
* QCF 5 - NVQ Level 4 or willingness to working towards achieving.
* Take part in the on-call system currently 1 week in every 7
