Personal Development Coordinator

Salary: £24,249 FTE (Pro-rata £21,451.04) per annum
The Role
The role of Personal Development Coordinator is an exciting opportunity within the Student Support and Safeguarding team at North Notts College. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an engaging programme of personal development activities and events for College learners to enhance their experience.
Key Duties:
1. Create a comprehensive programme of personal development and physical health activities for all learners.
2. Organise, coordinate, and deliver events that develop essential life skills and promote active lifestyles.
3. Build effective partnerships with external organisations to provide guest speaker delivery and lead on learner voice activities.
4. Manage event logistics, liaising with external partners and ensuring smooth delivery on the day.
You Will:
Have experience of working within an educational environment, ideally within Further Education/Post-16. You will be responsible for organising, coordinating, promoting, and delivering events that develop essential life and personal skills for learners. You will also have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent, and experience in facilitating events.
Department Info:
The Personal Development Coordinator will work within a team on site and collaborate with colleagues across other Group campuses to provide a consistent approach to events and offerings. You will report to the Student Support Team Leader and liaise with curriculum managers and tutors to ensure learners access appropriate personal development opportunities.
