We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team, helping to create a positive and inspiring learning environment. The Role As an LSA, you will: Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of children, including those with special educational needs (SEND). Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs, fostering confidence and independence. Assist in delivering high-quality lessons, adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning styles. Support the school’s aspiration for excellence by maintaining high standards and embracing opportunities for growth. Encourage positive behaviour and support children's emotional well-being. Promote inclusion, ensuring every child can access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Has experience supporting children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
