The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our brilliant Accounts Payable team based in our Brentford Head Office. Job responsibilities To process150 invoices per week using Sage and AX 2012. Ensure suppliers are accurately paid and on time. To ensure all invoices are authorised in accordance with the minimum control guidelines. To ensure all invoices are coded correctly and posted onto the ledger in a timely manner, month end close processing is to be a priority. Uploading and maintaining Web Expenses into AX 2012 Accounting system. To reconcile supplier statements quarterly. PO invoice 3-way matching. Experience and Competencies: Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable role, including 3-way matching. Intermediate/Advanced excel skills. Experience of Sage. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with invoice processing. Communicate internally and externally in a professional and supportive manner.
