Trinity are hiring a Security Systems Engineer to install and commission fire alarm and supporting systems. Working as part of skilled team of Engineers, you will be supported by a multi disciplinary works team to provide first rate installations to our clients.
Principal Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled installations in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner in line with the Company’s quality standards.
Carry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status, particularly system defects that affect its correct function.
Liaise with service administrators to ensure service commitments are met.
Ensure legible and timely completion of all company paperwork in line with Company requirements.
Operate in accordance with the Company Handbook and all Company and customer’s quality standards and health and safety requirements.
To ensure that as installed drawings tally with the finished project and communicate any variances to the manager responsible for the project.
Able to develop and diagnose Cause and Effect software for the relevant control equipment, and to plan a full C&E test as part of the Commissioning process.
Technical knowledge
Understands the basic building service systems, e.g. air conditioning systems, with a view to interfacing with them.
Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA)
Manufacturers training with a minimum requirement of Notifier and Gent equipment in respect of servicing,
