We are recruiting a Retirement Housing Advisor for a local government client in East Sussex. This role requires the candidate to be multi-skilled and manage a range of tenancy-related tasks. You should have experience managing tenancies within the social housing sector or possess good resilience and excellent time management skills.
Responsibility
You will work with vulnerable customers and undertake various duties, including raising safeguarding concerns, collaborating with partner agencies, monitoring and recording health and safety with our retirement housing schemes, and writing personal tenancy sustainment plans, including risk assessments. You should be able to work effectively within a team and independently for extended periods. Must be able to work on multiple systems, including MS Office and housing management CRM systems such as Northgate or similar housing systems.
Qualification – Essential
GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
Relevant professional level qualification or equivalent experience.
Advanced – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media, CRM-Northgate.

Experience working in a social housing service environment.

Experience working in a customer service environment.
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
Be available to work additional hours outside of regular working hours as needed.
