The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. The RLO will also deal with customer complaints etc and provide support to vulnerable residents. Full training will be provided (shadowing a current RLO). As the role is customer facing, the role is full time on site.
