We’re looking for an innovative and results-driven Head of Local Marketing to take charge of our in-store customer experience.
This Head of Local Marketing is a brand-new role and your chance to shape the future of our branch operations, working across teams to ensure our customers enjoy a streamlined, engaging journey.
You’ll lead a talented team of four, including a Branch Merchandising Manager, Branch Planning Lead, Local Marketing Lead, and an Apprentice.
Head of Local Marketing – key responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Develop and map exceptional in-branch customer journeys.
- Branch Merchandising: Lead creative and effective branch merchandising strategies.
- Branch Format & Productivity: Optimize in-branch layouts and operations to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Omni-Channel Integration: Seamlessly connect the digital and in-branch experience for our customers.
- Partnerships & Offers: Foster third-party and local partnerships to enhance customer value and support commercial offers.
- Communication: Ensure clear, compelling in-store communications and Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Data-Driven Insights: Improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through actionable insights and customer feedback.
- Leadership: Cultivate a learning-oriented, collaborative team culture where innovation is encouraged, and failure is a step toward success.
- Stakeholder Education: Advocate for digital solutions and educate stakeholders on their benefits.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent UK customers in group-level discussions to ensure their voice is heard.
