Position: Support Worker

Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £12.80
Weekly Commitment: At least 50 hours
Position Summary:
In this role, you will provide compassionate and attentive care, ensuring clients feel secure, comfortable, and well-supported. You'll assist with daily activities, fostering clients' independence, and collaborate closely with a skilled and dedicated team.
This role follows a rotational schedule, including a minimum of 10 sleep-ins per month, based on a 1-on, 2-off cycle. You’ll be working with children between the ages of 8 and 18.
