We have an opportunity to recruit 2 Programme Managers who will be managing a range of complex projects to ensure that budgets, timelines and standards are met to deliver the anticipated outcomes. You will also play a role as we develop people within the business and will pass on your knowledge and skills through managing, coaching and mentoring. Leading by example your will foster an environment of collaboration, building strong relationships with all key stakeholders to really listen and involve them through delivery and improvement. As the team grows you will have the opportunity to directly manage others so we want you to inspire others. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Developing, managing and driving end to end project execution with clear roadmaps Ensuring that programme management activities are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations whilst promoting and monitoring compliance to group processes. Identifying opportunities for improvement in portfolio, PMO, programme and project management processes and develop strategies to address them. Managing programme budgets and resource allocation to suit each stage of the project Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
