Front Of House Administrator
Salary : £22,222 per annum
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Working Pattern: Office based

Our client, a well-established professional services business, is seeking a highly organised and communicative Front of House Administrator to join their collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
* Opening all incoming mail, dealing with recorded and special delivery
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Dealing with supplies, stationary orders etc
* Admin support to the wider business
* Diary Management
* Legal admin support as required.
This role is well suited to a candidate coming out of university or college who has gained customer facing in a retail or hospitality environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
* Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and external clients.
* Attention to Detail: You must be highly organised, able to manage multiple training workshops and stakeholder diaries while ensuring every detail is attended to.
* Time Management: The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload for multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, is essential.
