THIS IS A 5 MONTHS CONTRACT
EA Duties
* Complex diary management resolving conflicts as they arise. Communicating with other
* EAs in the team and externally where necessary. Communicating agendas and responding to calendar changes as required.
* Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements to include travel itineraries, hotels, flights and cars, often making short notice changes.
* Entry of Company, contact and meeting data in CRM database.
* Preparation of expenses claims using Concur
* Filing and archiving documentation.
* Performing duties as necessary to ensure the most effective use of the Executives’ time.
* Receiving and screening incoming calls, e-mail and correspondence. Prioritising and re-directing where necessary.
