We are hiring an experienced pre-sales professional to cover our Middle East region!
This role will be based in our brand new office in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
1. Become a solution expert on the world’s leading data visualization and analytics platform.
2. Work with prospective and existing customers, and a range of internal business functions.
3. Become a Trusted Advisor to our customers.
4. Help customers evaluate Tableau and CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) from a technical standpoint.
5. Partner with our internal sales teams to drive adoption.
6. Present at top data and analytics conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a Trusted Advisor to our customers by understanding their business challenges and data/analytics strategies.
2. Enable customers to be more data driven, showcasing Tableau’s solution including CRM Analytics.
3. Consult on technical and analytical advisory matters.
4. Provide pre-sales support in partnership with our internal direct sales team(s).
5. Build outstanding customer relationships, driving adoption of Tableau within accounts.
6. Present at events such as Cinema Tour, Iron Viz, Big Data Summit.
7. Troubleshoot technical challenges; develop content for demos and training workshops.
8. Help steer the future product roadmap.
Who we look for….
We are looking for a positive professional who has proven pre-sales expertise gained in the software and/or IT industry.
Preferably you’ll have a broad technical awareness, together with some expertise in:
1. Data Visualisation/Analytics, BI, or related fields.
Required Skills:
* Experienced: Skills to establish trust with clients, and ability to influence during the sales cycle.
* Highly Technical: Hands-on technical experience in relevant areas.
* Domain: Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
* Passionate: A passion for technology and translating that into business impact for customers.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language skill is desired but not essential.
* Sales Acumen: Demonstrated skills to support sales teams.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required.

2. Achieve Tableau Desktop Certified Associate and Certified Professional qualifications.
3. Achieve Tableau Server Certified Associate qualification.
4. Support the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

7. Partner with account executives on planning.
8. Influence product direction by providing customer feedback.
9. Be an integral part of our customers’ ongoing success.
10. Engage with the Tableau community through forums, blogs, and social media.
11. Recruit and mentor the next generation of Tableau talent.
