Sales Development Representative – ADP UK

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for creating a positive first impression of ADP for potential prospects. The SDR will act as a trusted advisor, helping to uncover pain points and share insights to assist prospective buyers.
The Sales Development Representative will also:
1. Encourage prospective buyers to attend both in-person events and webinars.
2. Set up and host conference calls with leads to address their needs.
3. Establish opportunities to develop to Closed Won.
4. Generate new business opportunities across key markets for our HCM solutions.
5. Execute objectives through researching prospect accounts and engaging in high-level conversations with c-suite contacts.
6. Promote ADP services and identify business objectives and critical issues of existing/emerging companies.
7. Conduct desk research on potential clients to identify key details.
8. Utilise specialist research tools to identify critical business issues within targeted accounts.
9. Use social media platforms to assess trends in the HCM marketplace.
10. Build relationships with selected accounts to ensure ADP remains a top consideration.
11. Produce a regular flow of qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
12. Collaborate with field sales on local campaigns and events.
13. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
14. Participate in regular one-on-ones with the SDR Team Leader for feedback and performance monitoring.
15. Engage in company training sessions and team days.
16. Take ownership of individual tasks and targets.

An experienced Telemarketer/SDR or someone looking to start their career in sales.
