We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sales Ledger Clerk to assist with the management of our sales ledger activities. In this Sales Ledger Clerk role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions are accurately recorded, and any discrepancies are promptly investigated and rectified. Key Responsibilities: Accurately processing sales invoices and maintaining the sales ledger. Allocating payments correctly and promptly to the sales ledger. Reconciling customer accounts and dealing with invoice queries. Assisting with the credit control process, including the preparation of statements and chasing overdue payments. Liaising with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing queries and improve processes. Generating reports on sales, payments, and overdue accounts for senior management review. Maintaining rigorous data privacy standards in line with regulatory requirements. This is a temporary assignment and you will need to be able to start at short notice.
