Required as soon as possible We are looking to recruit a conscientious, committed, hard-working individual to take on the position of Finance and Administration Assistant, working within our supportive Admin Team to provide effective administration and financial support. With our support and training, this position offers the right person an opportunity to develop their skills set through assisting and ensuring that all our management systems are accurate and up to date, be the first port of call in the front office for face to face and phone calls, assisting with ParentPay, app queries and clerical tasks including letters and educational visits. Prior knowledge of ParentPay, Integris and Arbor would be useful, although not essential. As a member of our team you are also responsible for the safety of our children and would be required to undertake First Aid Training. You would be joining a committed team of teachers and support staff who have driven up the standards considerably within our school. Possession of NVQ Level 2 in administration would be desirable. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to our school community.
