Location: Leeds or London We are looking for a BMC Helix ITSM Specialist with expertise in development and integration in a SaaS environment to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating BMC Helix ITSM solutions to optimize IT service management processes. Key Responsibilities Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules, workflows, and automation scripts. Integration: Implement integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and middleware tools. SQL & Database Management: Write and SQL queries and build reports to support ITSM data management and reporting using Helix Dashboard. BMC Digital Workplace Catalog (DWPC): Configure and maintain DWPC services, workflows, and user experiences for streamlined self-service capabilities. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ITSM workflows, integrations, and performance bottlenecks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business partners, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Process Improvement: Find opportunities to enhance ITSM efficiency through automation, process optimization, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable experience in BMC Helix ITSM development and administration. Solid experience in REST APIs, web services, and middleware integrations. Experience with workflow automation and process scripting in ITSM environments. Knowledge on AI capabilities like Helix GPT. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to solve ITSM issues effectively. Hands-on in BMC Digital Workplace Catalog (DWPC) configuration, customization Helix Dashboards SQL report generation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multi-functional teams. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in DevOps environments. Salary and Benefits Information We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate. We offer a salary as follows: Leeds circa £46,720 - £53,910 London circa £51,870 - £59,850 In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: A non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.
