Base pay range
As our Regional Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services that make a significant impact. In this role, you will supervise and guide a team of IT professionals, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently, on time, and exceed expectations.
You will work collaboratively and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, making excellent communication skills essential. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in service delivery or operations management, who excels in problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building.
Our IT service delivery team lead manages the first-line IT service delivery process across all our geographical regions. You will lead a team of IT professionals, oversee service delivery, and ensure timely and high-quality services.
We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home and collaborate with colleagues in person at least three times a week at one of our offices in Eastleigh, Bracknell, or Yeovil.
