My client is a software and design agency, developing digital solutions for clients across industries such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, and public affairs. They are also growing their own SaaS platform for private practice clinicians, making this an exciting time to join the team.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role, combining customer operations with marketing and client engagement. You will support customers, champion the company’s digital products, and contribute to social media and marketing content. It is a great opportunity to gain experience in customer success, marketing, and SaaS product support—all in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Customer Success & Product Support – Engage with clients, help them get the best from the company’s software, and resolve queries via phone, email, and online chat.
* Marketing & Social Media – Contribute to social media content, blog posts, and marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
* Client Training & Events – Conduct online product demonstrations, attend conferences, and help onboard new customers.
* Feedback & Product Development – Gather insights from customers to improve the company’s digital products.
