Job Description Summary
The Continuous Improvement and Automation team is at the heart of the Group Chief Operating Office driving change, transformation and improvement across the heart of Lloyds Banking Group.
Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager
Salary: £65,385 - £72,650
Location: Edinburgh or Bristol
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Bristol office site

What you’ll need:
* Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
* A strong understanding of the operating model of a financial services company including systems, data, processes, and governance.
* Experience in project management end-to-end delivering business transformation initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a transformational/capability building activity.
