Description
My exclusive client is based in the Preston area and is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant/Manager to join their small team on a permanent full-time basis. The organisation is a registered charity, and their reputation is built on quality and excellence. They are looking for a candidate to strive to match their goals. The key requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Complete production of monthly management accounts
2. Processing all sales invoices
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Reconciling outstanding debtors and reporting
5. Credit control ensuring all outstanding invoices are chased
6. Acting as a direct point of contact for client queries both large and small accounts
7. Assisting the financial controller on ad-hoc projects as required
The following are also required:
1. Experience in an accounts environment
2. AAT Qualification is preferable
3. Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
4. Competent on Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel
5. Analytical mind to help build on strong processes in place
