We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at {company}. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
The role involves handling calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You will ensure a seamless experience for our customers during critical moments, such as planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to complex customer problems
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
