Join our team at Malvern Panalytical and play a key role in supporting our Accounts Payable Supervisor by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses. Be part of a company that values precision and excellence in everything we do!
What you'll do:
* Dealing with daily communications via post and email
* Daily processing of supplier invoices
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure invoices are promptly ready for payment
* Assist with resolving goods received not invoiced issues
* Processing employee expenses
* Assisting with payments and handling supplier queries
* Assisting with Bank Reconciliations/Payment posting
* Assisting with system improvements and data measurement
* General administration duties to assist the Accounts Payable team
* Timely processing of Supplier invoices
* KPI's regarding current process, like % invoices paid on time, % invoices first pass and % invoices with PO
* KPI's regarding the progress in automation
Minimum Requirements:
* Considerable experience within the accounts payable function
* Ability to communicate in a second language would be an advantage
* PC literate & confident with integrated business systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident and proactive
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administration skills
* High level of professional standards, integrity, and discretion
* SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft office software
* Experience using an automated invoice processing system also an advantage but not essential
