Job Title Senior Product Marketing Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team. Reporting to the Lead PMM, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our enterprise SaaS offering. This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, engineering and marketing to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products. Team Outputs/Objectives The cross-functional team aims to gather insights and evidence and uses them to inform and deliver the Decision Platform’s proposition and product enhancements to market. They use market research, user research and product analytics to prioritize user needs while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The team aims to optimize the Platform’s performance and value to users by incorporating feedback and insights into the development process.The team operates under a product led ethos and make use of data and experimentation to drive their development efforts, ensuring that value is added rapidly and iteratively. What will I be doing? Global and Regional Go-to-Market Strateg y: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, product updates, and feature enhancements across our suite of solutions. Ensure alignment with global product strategy while tailoring messages to fit regional market needs. Global and Regional Product Positioning & Messaging : Develop clear and compelling regional product messaging and positioning that resonates with enterprise customers in specific geographical markets. Adapt global messaging to reflect regional business cultures, challenges, and priorities. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in region(s). Use insights to refine regional messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation. Sales Enablement (Regional Focus ): Equip regional sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the product. This includes creating region-specific sales collateral, presentations, and competitive battlecards. Customer Advocacy & Case Studies (Global and Regional) : Collaborate with customer success to gather feedback, success stories, and use cases from customers in region to build credibility. Create and promote region-specific case studies, testimonials, and references. Global and Regional Product Launche s: Plan and execute impactful product launches specific to region, including internal briefings, regional external communications, webinars, and demos. Content Development for Global and Regional Audiences : Oversee the creation of product-related content that speaks directly to the global and regional audience, ensuring that content reflects local nuances, challenges, and regulatory environments. This may include blog posts, whitepapers, product videos, and website copy tailored for global and specific regions. Metrics & KPIs for Global and Regional Impact: Track the success of product marketing campaigns and initiatives globally and in region(s). Use analytics to measure global and regional performance, optimise strategies, and report on results to line manager and senior leadership. Cross-functional Collaboration (Regional Focus) : Partner with product management, regional sales, customer success, marketing and other teams to ensure that the product offerings meet market demand and exceed customer expectations globally and in region(s). We’re interested in candidates who have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus). Experience: 5 years of experience in product marketing with a focus on SaaS within a well-know B2B scale-up / startup ( Fintech / Insurtech) with a focus on the enterprise segment such as insurances, banking, etc. Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies across a portfolio of products working with Product Managers. Experienced the complexity of multi-regions environment and culture Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies, and SaaS business models. Experience working with sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption and customer engagement. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, content management systems, marketing automation platforms) and analytics tools.
