Are you looking for your next role in payroll & pensions? We are looking for a payroll and pensions provider to join our dedicated Finance Team at Saxon Weald and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional payroll and pensions service. Our Finance Team is key to ensuring the organisation's financial stability by maintaining accurate records, supporting business functions, and enabling effective decision-making.
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all procedures comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. You'll also handle Real Time Information (RTI), process salary and pension payments, support financial reporting and resolve payroll queries efficiently. This role offers a rewarding chance to contribute to our team's success while developing your expertise.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures & legislation and manual payroll calculations
* Experience working within a payroll function
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
* Excellent numerical skills and a logical, methodical approach to work
* Be able to manage time efficiently with excellent organisational skills, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to a range of stakeholders
* Collaborate well as a proactive and supportive team player
