About the Role
Our Graham Eyes butchers enhance our SPAR stores by bringing knowledge, skill and great customer service.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
As a Graham Eyes Butcher, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality meat products for our customers, providing exceptional service whilst always maintaining food safety standards.
1. Producing meat for sale including bone out carcasses with good cutting standards
2. Ensuring that all food safety and health and safety regulations are met within the butchery department
3. Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products
4. Keeping records, budgets, and inventory
5. Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments
6. Controlling waste

9. Adopts a ‘can do’ attitude to challenging situations
10. Have a flexible approach to working hours
11. Thorough knowledge of HACCPS
12. Proven experience in a butchery environment
