* Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly Shopify and WordPress.

* Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
* As a Technical Support Engineer, I will serve as the primary contact for client support, troubleshooting issues across platforms such as Shopify and WordPress. This role will demand strong web technology expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver solutions. I will leverage both front-end and back-end skills to efficiently resolve client issues. Adaptability and a willingness to learn will be essential as our tech stack evolves.
