1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Leigh on Sea, Essex
Salary: £25,000 annually
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00 (occasional Saturdays)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first/second line telephone support for service requests.
* Conduct on-site support visits to client locations.
* Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and server-side issues.
* Manage incident and problem resolution.
* Set up new server solutions and perform network troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Solid technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server (Apply online only)).
* Proficiency in AD administration and management.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Office 365.
* Networking experience, including TCP/IP topologies, switches, and routers.
* Experience supporting mobile devices.
* Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling tasks under pressure with great attention to detail.
* A minimum of two relevant IT certifications is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
* Full UK driving license and own transport are essential for this role.
