Tay Recruitment are looking to recruit two Customer Service Advisors for their client based in the Keynsham area. The positions are on a temp to per basis with a immediate start. You will respond to customer enquires via phone and email, book services requests onto the CRM/routing IT systems, chase customers for overdue skip collections, general filing and ad-hoc administrative duties as required Responsibilities: Answering phone, taking & processing bookings, general enquiries. Responding to customer emails. Processing credit card payments. Communication with transport and operations departments. Organising skip permits with local council. Assisting in the weighbridge as required. General Ad-Hoc admin duties. Other tasks as may be required by site management to assist in the smooth, safe and compliant running of the business and operation. Skills: Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent organisation skills. Team Player. Ability to work to tight deadlines. PC literate with experience in using Microsoft packages. Ability to work under own initiative.
