You'll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers.
This is a night shift position (Wed-Sat).
Key job responsibilities
1. Deliver training and coaching to Amazon's standard
2. Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates
3. Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience
4. Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed
5. Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites
6. Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams
A day in the life
The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards. You'll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires. As a Trainer, you'll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards. You'll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop.
You'll be based on-site at one of our operational facilities, delivering in-person and online training to the team across a variety of shift patterns. You may also support other sites when required. You'll work independently but will regularly liaise with key site staff and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials
2. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
3. Advanced proficiency in local language (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in a coaching, mentoring, or teaching role
2. Relevant experience of managing multiple, competing priorities concurrently
