Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager - Construction Industry role will include:
* Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and plans
* Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content for websites
* Leading, mentoring, and guiding the marketing team
* Collaborating with sales and other departments to align company goals and strategies
* Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors
* Managing and allocating marketing budget effectively
* Ensuring brand consistency across various marketing projects
* Driving lead generation efforts to support sales activities
* Planning and overseeing the production of all promotional materials
* Ad-hoc management of external events
The Successful Applicant
For the Marketing Manager - Construction Industry role, a successful applicant will have the below experience:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 3+ years experience in B2B Marketing.
* Industry experience in manufacturing, or construction is preferred
* Proven leadership experience in a marketing role
* Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
* Excellent understanding of market research techniques and databases
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
