As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the operational side of the business, providing administrative support during the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure process efficiency and organisation. Key responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule interviewsManage offer letters and contractsManage the new starter processResponsible for checking and uploading right to work documentsAccurately use and maintain the ATS (applicant tracking system)Update talent databases, ensuring accurate records of availability, skills, and profiles.Serve as a point of contact for talent inquiries and concerns, ensuring smooth communication.Handle confidential information regarding talent with discretion and professionalismTo be considered for the position:You'll be a strong administrator who is organised and process drivenYou'll be proactive, confident and able to apply your initiative to tasksYou'll be computer literate and able to learn and use new systems with easeYou'll have a positive attitude and want to learn and developIt is essential that you have a valid driving license and access to your own transport.The details:Full time role, Monday to Friday Salary up to £28k depending on experienceOther company benefits
