This is a rare opportunity to become part of the Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse office team as a Field Care Supervisor. We do things differently at Home Instead by providing clients with continuity of care from a regular Care Professional, and our hourly home care visits are always a minimum of one hour. We provide all types of support from companionship and home help right through to personal care, clinical care, dementia support and even live-in care. We cover Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Highworth, Faringdon, Wantage and surrounding areas.
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing office team. This role is predominately field based, supporting our ever-growing number of Care Professionals and clients to provide the best possible care!
Our central office is based in Watchfield, Swindon.
The Field Care Supervisor role can include:
* Delivering hands on care to clients
* Supporting and mentoring Care Professionals in the community, and assessing competence
* Delivering Care Professional training
* Developing person-centred care plans
* Completing supervisions and appraisals with Care Professionals
* Facilitating consultations with potential new clients
* Reviewing clients needs
* Participating in the on-call rota (1 weekend per month, 1 weekday per week)

Requirements for the role:
* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
* 12 months experience in the home care sector (preferred)
