Kiwa Agri-Food is seeking a Business Administrator to join their Independent Pest Consultancy team (KIPC). In this part-time (22.5 hours per week) role, you’ll support commercial administration, including customer liaison, data entry in the CRM, creating sales quotes, raising project numbers, assisting with invoicing, and managing reports and documentation.

Overview:
Customer Support
* Collaborate with the KIPC team to onboard new customers and manage projects within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
* Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
* Acknowledge orders and create and distribute sales quotes/invoices.
* Assist Business Support with credit note or refund enquiries.
* Work with the Finance Team to resolve disputes and recover outstanding payments.
* Generate financial and management reports from our system as required.
* Support the scheduling and planning of work with Consultants.
Team Support
* Assist the Business Unit Team and KIPC service line with ad-hoc enquiries and administrative tasks, including uploading contract documents to shared drives and reviewing customer reports.
Responsibilities:
* The ability to deliver to tight timescales and deadlines consistently.
* Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) or other CRM systems.
* Ability to engage and influence colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
* 22.5 hours per week – Remote, with flexibility to work between 3-5 days per week.
