About the role The Professional Services team combines Organisation Design, Workforce Planning and technical expertise to support our customers in navigating their transformation journeys. We help our customers activate their Orgvue platform, build custom Orgvue workflows, navigate complex transformation projects, and more. What you’ll do As a Manager in our Professional Services team, you will lead and oversee client engagements, guiding organisations through their workforce transformation journeys using the Orgvue platform. You will build and manage client relationships at senior levels, while directing project teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead complex customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contractual commitments Build and manage high-performing project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders up to C-suite level Drive project governance and methodology, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline Ensure successful knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to maximize their Orgvue investment Manage resource allocation and utilisation across multiple concurrent engagements Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts Contribute to the development and refinement of Professional Services methodologies and best practices Represent Orgvue at industry events and client forums as a subject matter expert Support business development activities including proposal development and client presentations Requirements Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, analytics, management or related discipline 7 years of consulting or professional services experience, with at least 3 years in a management role Proven track record of delivering complex organisational transformation projects Experience managing teams on large-scale initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, or operating model redesign Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities Prior experience with Orgvue platform highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-suite exposure Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Up to 30% travel Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities across multiple clients Experience developing and delivering client training and workshops Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization Deep understanding of organisation design principles and methodologies Benefits Hybrid working Wellbeing: Sanctus Coaching, Virtual fitness sessions, Wellbeing webinars, Annual Wellbeing day Subsidised Gym Membership Private Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision) and Life Assurance 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days at a rate of 1 extra day per year) Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays for the months of July and August) Employer pension contribution of 5% of your gross salary, if you contribute a minimum of 3% Season ticket Loan Cycle to Work Scheme Annual Discretionary Bonus Here at Orgvue we promote individualism and a diverse workforce to build on our future success Hybrid work at Orgvue The role is located at our London HQ however we do operate a Hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the London office.
