About the role The role of Prudential Regulatory Liaison and Horizon Scanning Specialist will assist in managing the Societys relationship with regulatory bodies like the PRA and Bank of England. Tasks include preparing briefings for Senior Management, the Executive, and the Board about regulatory interactions, such as the annual Periodic Summary Meeting (PSM) and regular updates with the supervisory team. Youll also help our technical specialists prepare for key regulatory reviews like L-SREP and C-SREP. Additionally, you'll lead efforts in monitoring UK regulatory developments, communicating these to relevant business areas, and tracking progress on new regulatory rules. You'll also assist in responding to Consultation Papers on regulatory changes. You should have a proven ability to communicate and engage effectively with Senior Management, particularly in preparing for regulatory visits. You should be commercially aware and have experience in horizon scanning, identifying impacts, communicating them, and tracking progress against regulatory rules is also required.
