Duties of a Sales Office Administrator
* Working in a busy office environment
* Day to day order processing from receiving the order through to invoicing
* Putting orders onto the system in a timely manner
* Raising PO numbers
* Speaking with customers and handling inbound queries
* Using Microsoft Office
* Quoting customers
* Filing paperwork correctly
* Using Sage software

* Must be able to manage workload and work independently
* Can prioritise daily/weekly workload
* Have worked within a similar role/busy office environment
Working Hours
8am till 4.30pm
