We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator - Pre-operative Assessment Service who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
As a member of our team, you will provide a quality service that support our high standards of patient care.
You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, reception, and serving as a reference for staff and patients while also developing yourself and junior colleagues.
Cross site working between New QEII and Lister essential - service hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1800 hrs and Saturday 0800-1300 hrs at Lister.

You will be responsible for maintaining the administrative organisation of the service. You will also support the Senior Nurse in coordinating patient flow, progressing, and maintaining high service standards.
The POA Administrator will work according to their experience and competence, with some responsibility for decision-making. However, direct supervision will be provided when required for unfamiliar work.
