We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The position would consist of 37 hours of work per week, and would involve delivering training on practical machining and CNC operation skills to Mechanical Engineering learners (up to level 3).
The starting salary would be up to a maximum of £39,800 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%) in addition to a generous holiday allocation of 47 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays). Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a relocation package of up to £2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.

While the education provider are ideally looking for someone who has a teaching qualification, they would be more than happy to fully fund the right candidate through a teaching qualification on the job if they don't already have one.
