JOB PURPOSE: Drive growth in UK & EMEA with a focus on new business with new accounts. Elevate PSC Global’s profile within engineering, manufacturing OE, and aftermarket customers. Capture revenue opportunities for PSC Global in the UK and the Czech Republic. Achieve sales goals through consultative selling, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop customer/program-based market capture plans for targeting and securing new work packages.
* Execute plans by planning, conducting, and following up on customer visits, supporting marketing campaigns, and developing marketing strategy.
* Prepare and distribute monthly activity reports on key sales and marketing activities.
* Provide timely feedback on market, competitor, and customer intelligence.
* Develop new customer account plans and handover to account management.
* Define strategic priorities for growth opportunities and work on strategic business development initiatives.
* Support revenue line forecasts and project manage major bid responses.
* Work on NPI projects and respond to customer queries professionally.
* Formulate commercial pricing strategies and negotiate with customers.
* Support and participate in marketing events.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Understanding of UK & EMEA general engineering OEMs and tier ones bid management.
* Extensive contacts in the engineering sector, particularly in gaskets, seals, and electro-mechanical assembly.
* Knowledge of basic engineering concepts and manufacturing processes for gaskets and seals.
* Familiarity with KPIs, performance metrics, IT tools, and CRM systems.
* Understanding of Quality Management Systems equivalent to ISO9001.
* Responsive, driven, articulate, and able to manage changing priorities.
* Ability to forge strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Well-organized and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Secure opportunities for revenue growth and grow market share within sectors.
* Increase RFQ pipeline and win rate, promote PSC Global, and provide bid guidance.
* Lead new business opportunities through the CRM system and structured market capture planning.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Lead new business and customer relationships, report to Managing Director, work with operations Director, and engage with sister company sales streams. Respond promptly and cooperatively to internal queries.
