Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Thame
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), Friday 8.30am - 1pm
Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, building and nurturing relationships to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
* Load accurate customer order information into the computer system through works orders and purchase order placement
* Maintain works order dates and enquiry files with up-to-date information
* Create job packs for production, including works orders, drawings, and labels
* Complete margin analysis for all customer orders
* Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed delivery dates
* Accurately raise invoices
* Redirect incoming calls as necessary
Skills:
* Background within customer service
* Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar account management role is desirable
