The successful candidate will be working closely with the Finance Manager with raising invoice and reconciliations. The Role Including invoice processing; coding/matching invoices/purchase orders and reviewing costs back to contracts Logging and allocating payments, credit card expenses and employee expenses Bank reconciliations Statement reconciliations to ensuring ledgers are clean and bank reconciliations to the Purchase Ledger Supporting the Finance Manager The Candidate Previous experience as a Accounts Assistant Good administration skills Excellent attention to detail Personable and collaborative Strong communication skill Salary & Benefits Up to £30,000 Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days from home Study support Progression Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
