Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects
* Perform material, labour & equipment take-offs
* Analyse subcontractor & supplier quotes
* Collaborate with design teams for cost-efficient solutions
* Prepare & present estimates and bid packages
* Stay updated on industry trends & costs
* Maintain accurate records of estimates & bids
Qualifications & Experience:
* HND / HNC or Bachelor’s in HVAC mechanical services (preferred)
* 7+ years in HVAC & mechanical estimating
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems & design principles
* Proficiency in estimating software & spreadsheets
* Strong analytical, organisational & communication skills
