We are actively looking for aDesign Administratorto join our team Scope of Role In this position you will play a key role in providing Document Control /Administration for Mechanical & Electrical Projects. Key Responsibilities Document Management: Efficiently process a high volume of documents daily, including uploading, downloading, printing, and distributing drawings and documents. CAD Support: Assist with basic CAD tasks such as creating, modifying, and updating design files and drawings as required.(Training will be Provided) Project Documentation & Scheduling: Administer and maintain accurate records of project documents, schedules, and related correspondence. Document Control: Maintain comprehensive logs for all drawings and documents issued by various parties at each project stage, ensuring traceability and compliance. Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure that all project documents are current, accurate, and properly archived. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, construction teams, suppliers, and internal staff to facilitate smooth project execution. Reporting: Provide daily updates to the Estimating Manager on document status, project progress, and any issues that arise. Process Improvement: Implement efficient document control processes and systems to improve overall project performance, workflow, and document retrieval. Team Support: Provide backup support to the Document Control team as necessary, ensuring consistent document management and smooth project flow. Additional Duties:Perform other administrative tasks as required to support project operations and meet team objectives.
