URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join our busy client based within the West Moseley area. (Please note is role is fully office based)
Duties would include:
* Supporting the finance team
* Data entry
* Reconciling bank statements
* Processing invoices
* Preparing financial reports
* Assisting with audits and budget monitoring
* Handling any other requirements within accounts department
Experience needed:
* Previous accounts experience
* Excellent analytical skills
* Outstanding communication skills
* Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
* Systems used: quickbooks and MS - MUST!
* You should be self motivated
* Attention to detail
Working hours:
* Monday- Friday 0900-1730 (office based)
