Role Description
This is an office-based position for an experienced Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting relevant product solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
* Lead Generation and Sales skills
* Customer Service and Customer Support skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and with the rest of the team
* Experience in the packaging or a related industry is a plus
* Proven track record in a telemarketing or similar role
* Experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
* Able to write up quotes to customers on Word documents and use an Excel spreadsheet for costings if required
* Sage experience preferred but not essential
* Act database system preferred but not essential
* Driving essential as may have to visit customers and attend events
