An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, enthusiastic and creative marketing and communications professional to join Capel Manor College as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and will support in the implementation of marketing and communications activities for the College and its subsidiary businesses across Greater London. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Capel Manor College plays an important role in the organisation, creation and management of engaging marketing and communications content across a range of platforms. They will work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to coordinate requests, manage the delivery and report on the performance of marketing activity while supporting our student recruitment programme through the ongoing promotion of the College to prospective students, parents and careers advisors. They will join an ambitious and forward-thinking wider Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions department which puts students at the heart of everything they do. The Coordinator will ensure an exemplary customer experience, monitor campaign success, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, all while staying flexible for travel and supporting overall College efficiency. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and communications, ideally in Further/Higher Education. They will possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. They will demonstrate strong administrative, organisational, and time management abilities, will excel in building positive relationships across all levels and function well both independently and as part of a team. The candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing and communications best practices and their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment will make them a valuable addition to the marketing team. Interviews for this role are expected to take place week commencing 2 December 2024.
