You will have experience of: supporting children on a one-to-one basis with complex and varying special educational needs nurturing the social, emotional and mental health difficulties excellent communication skills, working closely with colleagues to create the best outcomes for all teaching phonics to small groups of children teaching and modelling high standards of oracy to children. To complement the team, you will need to be flexible, solution focused and have great personal organisational skills. You will show an aptitude to working with systems and supporting the teacher with all aspects of teaching and learning.
