More about your role In this role you will provide good customer service throughout a customer's journey, creating an active, open, honest, safe and vibrant community. You will report all concerns regarding building maintenance, repairs and liaise with the customer hub to ensure all repairs are completed within target dates. You will also ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for all Health and Safety. More about you To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and possess excellent customer service skills. With a ‘Can do' approach to tasks you will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised as well as being able to contribute to a good team working environment You will have the ability to be empathetic with our customers and their situations when necessary and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
