Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator's primary role will be to assist the Account Consultant in managing the successful recruitment of temporary workers to start work with our client.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Working alongside/supporting the Account Consultant
2. CV Searches
3. Shortlisting CV's/Applications
4. Writing job adverts
5. Posting adverts
6. Keeping candidates updated
7. Arrange interviews/testing
8. Conduct interviews to identify suitability for the role
9. Facilitate online testing for candidates
10. Keesing Document Checks on all candidates
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Team Leaders and Temporary Staff
12. Maintain a high level of customer service
13. Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner
14. Ensure that all aspects of the Operations Manual and Service Level Agreement are met and exceeded
15. Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness or attendance issues are adhered to
16. Ensure all applicant records are maintained in accordance with Gi Group procedures
17. Administration of pre-employment
18. Monitor the number of available candidates available to start working
19. Update spreadsheets daily to capture information on applications
20. Covering holidays and absences within the team as required
21. Supporting the team on a daily basis with general tasks as required
